If you look at me, you'll pop." is actually from an old riddle which had the answer "bubble". (if you squeeze it it will pop, if you look at it you see your reflection and you pop.)

The reason a Harvard grad wouldnt get the answer in 10 minutes is because a Harvard grad would sit there and ponder the riddle, whereas a kindergarten student would just give the answer.
